adrian	81bf64c463	Policies now provide their own checks to whether the player applies or not. ... Added GlobalPolicy. Revamped config YAML structure for more consistency. Added ChatColor back to commands, should be correctly implemented in the future. Build environment is now passed to plugin manifest.
